Their experience and specialisms are diverse. They are based in Europe,
(Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, UK) North America (Canada and
USA) and South Africa. They also travel world-wide: in Australia, China, Hong
Kong, Malaysia, South America.
E I Master Trainers
The E I Master Trainers are experienced practitioners who are accredited by
Jerry Rhodes to license new practitioners. They license in two directions:
people inside organisations (in-house practitioners) and independent/freelance
consultants/trainers.
The Founder of E I, Jerry Rhodes
Jerry Rhodes founded the E I network and supports its work with further
research and development. He gives Master Classes and personal coaching. His
Breakthrough Arena is an event he runs by request. He co-designs it with those
who commission him. It achieves innovation break-throughs or resolves an
intractable issue of a group, team or department.
