E I for Intelligent Organisations
The Knowledge Economy requires more highly educated people who can enable the
organisation as a whole to operate intelligently. The organisation’s systems
also shape how well people use their intelligence.
For intelligence to function effectively between an organisation's systems and
its people, there has to be a way of integrating them, especially as the best
people often don’t stay long enough for their personal experience to be
harvested and learned by the business.
E I is a means to Quality Assure systems with the people who use them. It gives
the organisation a way to simplify complexities, so that learning can be done
more efficiently. People can work with and develop their firm’s systems with
confidence, because they are underpinned or illuminated with the structure of
the E I meta-system of thought.
