He has directly trained the listed Associates on this site, as well as the Master Trainers who undertake a strenuous programme of Accreditation. The Master Trainers, in turn, train and accredit their own Associates. Between them, the Associates deliver and service Effective Intelligence to companies in North and South America, Europe including UK, China, South East Asia and Australia.  A significant benefit is that the diverse experience of the Associates enriches their Effective Intelligence programmes and consultancies.

In-House licensing for Corporates, wishing to run their own licensed Effective Intelligence programmes and undertake long-term organisation development, is delivered and serviced only through Jerry Rhodes and the Master Trainers, to maintain standards. The Accreditation process for licensing in-house is to assure quality.
